This fixed itinerary is the most popular tour for visitors to our region and packs in the best highlights for a cruise ship shore excursion to Tauranga and Rotorua 2/ The second vehicle can be used to customize your own tour of the region. This is a modern people mover that is comfortable for 2 to 6 adults. The van can be hired for two to six persons. Irene your guide will custom design your shore tour and this has been most popular with many people who want to pack more into their day with a personalized guide in a smaller vehicle. Often four persons who are travelling together will book the day with Irene for a personalized shore tour. Payment Terms Bookings are secured by payment of a 20% deposit (non refundable) with balance payable at 60 days prior to arrival. The balance payable at 60 days will automatically be charged to your credit card. If booking is with-in 60 days of arrival full payment is required. Booking Terms Cancellations made within 240 days of booking arrival date incur a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee. If your ship is unable to arrive into Tauranga Port for any reason you will receive a full refund.
